Sync no longer working

I have been able to sync my desktop to my online endnote libraries in the past. However, for the past few weeks, I have been receiving a message: “Endnote could not connect to the online sync service. This may be due to a temporary Internet or Server error. Please try again.”

Any assistance would be most appreciated.

Now and again you need to login from thru a proxy or on site so the desktop license can be linked ot the online server.

I too am having this problem. (please see attached image). This has been going on for quite some time. 

I too am having this problem, since last October. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling Endnote on the computer that’s having trouble, resetting to default settings, deleting my login information from sync (and then readding it, of course), and several other things. Any help would be much appreciated!
