I installed Endnote X7.5 Desktop in July 2016 and the sync worked at that time. On Dec 15th I upgraded to version X7.7.1 and sync continued to work for a while but is no longer working. My PC is running Windows 10. Any suggestions?

I always suggest that you contact tech support about sync questions (phone numbers at www.endnote.com/support)
