Syncing End Note X8 across computers

Hello!

I recently upgraded to End Note X8 on my home office computer and I am unable to sync my End Note library across the My End Note Web account, home office computer and university office computer.  I am using the same file. It seems to work on my university office computer, but I am not able to get any form of a confirmation of a sync update or sync details on my home office computer.  Can someone offer some suggestions?

Endnotes own synchronization is crap. I use dropbox which work perfect (remember to wait using endnote until it is syncronized)
