temporary formatting

I am using latest word, OS and Endnotes version for online processing, but for some reason the temporary formats suddenly don’t turn into proper references in the text in CWYW, and are not added to the bibliography. It all worked fine until now. Meaning I am stuck with the temp format in accolades:

{Brown, 1977. A Poetic for Sociology: Toward a Logic of Discovery for the Human Sciences}

Any suggestions welcome!

It doesn’t seem to be that Endnotes online library doesn’t work, since I can add references and upload them to the library. More that CWYW doesn’t connect to Endnotes online, while I can access the full online library in Word…

Can you provide a screen shot of your endnote ribbon in word, if it is there?
