The authors are not in correct order.

I’m a new user. When I add a reference, the order of author in preview is not correct. For example, the authors name are Boult T E, Gao X, Micheals R, Eckmann M. in the author field. But authors in the preview is “G. X. Boult T E, Micheals R, Eckmann M”. How to input the authors’ name? Thanks for your answer!

Endnote interprets text before comma as surname, and text after comma as given name.

If you need to type authors manually, you need to enter like this:

Boult, T. E.

Gao, X.

Micheals, R.

Eckmann, M.

Otherwise, import from online databases using filter.
