I seee some questions, but almost no replies…does anyone actually read this forum? Do the Refman people review it? If you do, please reply - I am wondering how long this message will be here before it gets a response?
Personally, I only answer questions in this forum if I’m so familiar with the problem that I can answer it off the top of my head, or if the problem seems to be so interesting that I decide to actively look into it. Thomson staff do read posts in this forum, but if you want to have an answer from them, I suggest to contact the RefMan support directly.

This is the most dispiriting forum. Very rarely is there any feedback from anyone connected to Refman - even a message saying “we know it’s a problem”.You get the feeling that the forum was set up because"everyone has one" and they don’t know what to do with it.
Like you, I’ve been using Refman for a very long time, and I’m beginning to wonder whether it’s worth it.
