Transferring from Endnote to Endnote Web

Hello,

I have Endnote X3 in my computer, I  configured the endnote web from my endnote today. I clicked on the configure and it asked for my email id as the log in name and for a password. I could able to log in to the endnote web with the username and the password but I couldn’t transfer any of my references from the endnote. When I click on the “transfer” from endnote its not transferring anything and it says it couldn’t authorize it even though I was logged into the Endnote Web.

Any suggestions?

I have a similar problem. I upgraded to endnote X4 and already have and endnote web login and password. When using transfer, I get the message that I have to check my email and password settings; any suggestions???
