what my users miss most in endnote is an undo button. they cannot undo any mistakes they made. i tell them to get recordnumbers in their display fields, but that’s only part of the solution.
and in word the undo button is broken by cwyw. there’s so many actions that you have to undo because every step in the procress is stored as a new step.
