Updating reference style in the Word document

Is it possible to update the style of the references directly in the Word document without re-entering them all?

And how do I do that?

What version of Word.  This is what Endnote is designed for!  Check the Endnote help for your version of Endnote/Word. The current style either be right there in the endnote ribbon, and you can change it from there.  Or you need to format bibliography from the tools>endnote tools and browse to a new output style from there.
