"Use ranges for consecutive citations" start from 2

When trying to edit the output style of numbered, I want it like this :

[1, 2, 7] -> [1-2, 7]

which means use ranges for the consecutive citations, but it seems it can only started from 3 citations?

Only if consecutive citations are larger than 3, “,” will change to “-”.

What if I want it to start from 2 citations? Is that possible in current version?

The range setting is currently set to 3 references or higher and currently cannot be adjusted.
