I’m having difficulty getting the consecutive citations function to work when working my manuscript in MS-Word . I have the option “Use number ranges for consecutive citations” checked, but the citations are still listing every citation (i.e., 12-13-14-15-16) rather than giving me a range (i.e., 12-16).

Can anyone help?
