Why EndNote automatically empties my trash folder upon exit?

Hi everyone,

I recently encountered a pretty frustrating problem with EN that my EN automatically empties my trash folder everytime I exit. Can anyone help me with this?

BTW, I have no such a problem with my Mac by using EN version 7.0.1. This problem occurs with version 7.1 on my Windows laptop.
