Hi,

I’m using Endnote Web in word 15.22 in a macbook air running OS X El Capitain version 10.11.4.

Without notice, I now keep getting this message every time I insert a citation: 

A COM exception has occurred. One of the values passed to this method or property is out of range.

What should I do?

Hi, I have an issue with word 2016, version 16.26. 

When inserting a quote from ENW I get the following message: 

A COM exception has ocurred.

And th quote does not paste the proper bibliografy

It only shows th quote between brackets.

Example:

{QUOTE “(Raglio, 2015, Improvement of spontaneous language in stroke patients with chronic aphasia treated with music therapy: a randomized controlled trial)”}

Help me please.
