A COM exception has occured with x8 version and Word 16.11.1

I intalled today endonte x8 on MAC with High Sierra 10.13.3 and Word 16.11.1 and when I try to insert select citations this error occurred I tryed all the solution support.clarivate.com/Endnote/s/article/EndNote-Mac-COM-exception-error?language=en_US

But no one works :frowning:

could you help me with some suggestions?
