'A reference with Guid does not exist' error message

Hi,

Endnote version 7

I’m logging this as a new message since I can see there have been similar problems and messages with the same error code from the last couple of years - but I have not yet seen a solution.

My MacBook won’t sync with Endnote Web without this error message popping up. Have requested support - done as advised, but no further forward. Has anyone found a solution to this error message which then stops sync happening? Have tried moving unfiled groups, have tried new library…no change. Thanks.

I have the same problem as Nissenspace and I get this error message and con not syn my liberary. Is there a solution for this old problem?

Tried all previous suggestions but nothing work out (new library … moving unfilied groups …)
