Abbreviations of First Names in Bibliographies

Hi!

In footnotes and bibliographies I want to make appear certain first names with more than 1 character.

e.g. “Thomas” shall be “Th.”, Christian shall be “Ch.”

all other first names shall appear with just 1 Initial. 

Can anybody help me?

This is not something that Endnote can do automatically.  The only way I could see, would be to manually edit your records, to Smith, Th. L., for example, and then use a style that uses full names for the author in bibliography.
