Across-platform use after upgrade to 9.3.1

Hi all,

I upgraded to 9.3.1 on my Mac. And I also used it on my Windows PC previously. Now when I sync my library on my cloud and open it on Windows (ver. 9.2), it says “are you sure you would like to continue opening the EndNote library *** without the associated .Data folder”, although I do have the .Data fold along with the library file.

I assume the Windows version cannot identify the .Data file from ver.9.3.1 on Mac correctly? How can I use it on Windows in this case?

We are having the same problem opening enlx files sent from Mac to Windows.
