AGLC 3 Parliamentary debates

Good day,

I use AGLC 3 and need to reference 2nd readings of a bill. When I click new reference - reference type - I do not have an option for Parliamentary Debate. Do I have to custom make a reference type for this? If yes how? I would greatly appreciate if someone could help me with this.

They are entered under Legal which means that you put in the reference in accordance with AGLC 3 for that sort of reference.
