Cannot insert page numbers

Hi,

I am using EndNote6 with Microsoft Word 2011, and cannot get page numbers to be inserted in my footnotes, no matter what style I try. I have editing the citiation and putting @page number, putting the page number in the suffix, and page number fields, and none work. I have checked output style and all the footnote templates include cited pages.

Any ideas?

What output style are you using and is it the one defined in the word document on the Endnote Ribbon or in the Format Bibliography menu?  Can you attach the style?
