Can't find CWYW in Word (Endnote x8, Office 11)

Hello

I have a problem with my endnote. I have Endnote X8, the newest update version and Office 2011 (Mac). The problem is, that unter tools „Endnote" does not appear in Word. I can’t finde the „Endnote CWYW“ in Word. I tried many things…what could the problem be?
