Can't update references

MAC 10.11.6  Find reference update was crashing my machine.  After months of over and back with Thomson, I went to the trouble of completely reinstalling my OS. It’s not crashing now but it’s not find any reference updates.

 Find references updates boxes are all ticked in preferences.
But find reference updates … doesn’t find any reference updates.

Aaargh

 DOI added manually to the field and then try an update. No good. Endnote can’t find the data… even if it is there and I can find it online myself.

It sounds like Leanne is correct.  I would get your support request pushed to the next level at TR.  They are generally very good with their tech support.
