Capitalising part of title in Endnote, e.g. "USA"

Hi

Can anyone tell me how to capitlaise part of a citation title in Endnote, for instance USA and HIV in these examples  “A review of hepatitis in the US” or “The epidemiology of HIV revisited”.

I want to be able to capitalise specific words, not capitalise the entire title  (which I know you can change in the output style settings).

Click Edit/Preferences/Change Case. Enter the text strings you want to preserve.
