COM exception out of memory

Hopefully I am posting in the corect section this time. Sorry about my last post.

I am using a MAC  OS X 10.6.8 2.4Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo , Memory 4GB

and have received a COM Exception “out of memory”

I have tried shutting down everything and restarting but no change.

Any suggestions welcome, as I have an assignment due in a few days. I have contacted the Endnote Tech’s and waiting

response but If I can get this fixed sooner would be fantastic.
