CWYW blocked in the Word 2008 to mac

Hi, there,

I’ve installed Endnote X2.0.1 in my Mac OX 10.5.5. When I open the Word 2008 version 12.0.0, the Endnote toolbar is there perfectly.

However I push the Endnote buttons, like Insert Citation but none of them works. It simply doesn`t work. Nothing happened. It seems that Endnote macros are not working. What do I have to do?

Sounds like the tools are disabled. There’s a solution from the Endnote web site:

See if that fixes the problem.

Hello,

You must have at least Word 12.1.0.  Without Service Pack 1 for Office 2008, no addins can be loaded in Word.
