Duplicates only when Inserting a Citation

Hi all, 

When I insert a citation, the Find & Insert page lists duplicates of several if not all the titles under a particular author. I have removed all duplicates from my library, so I can’t figure out where these are coming from. Either one of the duplicates inserts just fine, but I’m concerned that there might be an issue here that could become a problem down the road. 

Any advice?

So when you remove duplicates from the library it does not remove duplicates from the Word Document.

So this would be why you still see duplicates when use the Find Citation command.
