"Edit citations" fails in MS Word 2013

Hi,

Can EndNote programers please fix whatever causes items under the “Edit Citation” menu in MS Word 2013 to freeze up and stop Word 2013?

To me, that is currently the major compatibility issue with EndNote X5 / X6 and MS Word 2013.

Please do something about it.

For the record, EndNote X5 and X6 are not officially compatible with Word 2013. We are targetting official compatibility with the next release coming out in a few months.

Regardless of compatibility, I would recommend you contact Technical Support. There may be something else going on that’s unrelated to that version of Word and they can help.
