Hello. I’m having a problem where whatever I search for on web of science core collection, I get “No matching references found”. If I search in let’s say PubMed, I get results. However, when it comes to web of science, I just get nothing. I tried uninstall, I tried repair, and I tried to restore default setting. I looked to previous similar topic here, but nothing worked. I appreciate if anyone can help.
