Seems that a MS Winows Vista update caused my MS Word 2007 to fail to open giving Endnote X2 unknown error.
Solution was for Jason to take control of my system and make changes to the Windows Vista register and then restart Endnote and then MS Word 2007. Works fine now.
Jason said the detailed steps for me to do this were posted under FAQs.
I have searched for this information and cannot seem to locate it?
Please advise under what heading this common fix is described?
