Endnote Web - missing online collection options, import filters and referencing styles

I have an EndNote Web query that I can’t resolve.

A student in the class I was training created her account during the session, as did the other students, however she couldn’t get access to COPAC or Pubmed on the online collection screen, she didn’t have any access to different referencing styles (only author-date) and she didn’t have many of the import filters (eg Pubmed or Embase). Everyone else had full access to these.

We tried a different computer and I checked it wasn’t because of the “favourites” option – I’ve had a look online but can’t find anything to help - I’m stumped!

How can she add these filters and connections to her account?

Any ideas would be appreciated!

Have the Student go to the Options tab and Account Information. Roaming Access to the account may have expired:

If the account has expired, the Student can access EndNote Web from an authenticated session to restore Roaming Access for 12 months. If that does not resolve the issue, please have the Student contact Technical Support:
