I had previously purchsed endnote X4 - and therefore my subsription for Endnote Web expired October 2012.

I have just purchase a new version of endnote (X6 - mac user); how do I add these details to my endnote web account so I get another two years on my endnote web account?

I have been able to Sync the new version of endnote and it has updated references online and in the programme but it has not changed my web account from evernote basic.

Any advice would be appreciated,

You will want to use the following steps to upgrade your account.

Go to the EndNote Menu, Choose Preferences.

Select “Sync” and choose the “Enable Sync” button.

Select “Sign Up” and fill in the form.

Once you are done your account on the web will be linked to your EndNote X6 purchase.
