Hi there - I am wondering whether I can use EndNote on the web and whether my RA can access it to do work for me and then I can sync with my desktop version?

I think you could use a combination of EndNote Web’s group sharing options and the transfer function between the desktop and the web to accomplish this. You should have access to the web version with your desktop EndNote purchase (X3-X5) or through an institutional subscription to the Web of Knowledge.
