I just moved from PC to Mac and after years of using Endnote on my PC downloaded a trial of Endnote X2 in order to see if it works well on my Mac. It worked quite well for the first few days but today - I’m STUCK.
Upon opening word for Mac 2008, the Endnote toolbar is visible but when I click on EN, Endnote only sort of opens. The only thing that happens is the word Endnote across the top with no File Edit etc. across the top and no body screen. I have to use the force quit option to close it. I tried to open my .enlp file directly - just says that it cannot open it. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted etc. All to no avail.
Any suggestions?
