Endnote x3 (In Mac OS 10.6) does not retrieve the references in online mode

In my case, Endnote x3  (In Mac OS 10.6) does not retrieve the references in online mode.  I was able to do so till yesterday. but suddenly it has stopped to do so. It shows the number of references found, but then cannot retrieve. I am using the online mode.

Can anybody suggest any solution?

Mine is doing exactly the same thing apart from I’m using endnote web and am on windows 7. I can’t access web of science at all and pubmed gives me lists of unretrievable references. I’m mid dissertation! It all worked fine yesterday and nothing has changed… Any help would be very much appreciated!
