Endnote X4 is not inputing references!

Hi All,

I just got Endnot X4 to work with my Word 2011 however, when I try to put in in-text references all I get is the following (Baum, 1995 # 1). I remember in the past normally I would get this in my in text but then it would change to the appropriate referencing style I selected. I am also not getting a final reference list showing up at the end of my document.

Does anyone know why and how I can fix this please?

you do not have CWYW enabled.  Depending on your processor, you want to run format bibliography, make sure a valid output style is selected, and from the third tab, “enable” or turn on CWYW.
