I’m using a MacBook with OSX Snow Leopard and Microsoft Office Word 2008. I downloaded EndNote X7 from my institutional license and installed CWYW. After installing CWYW, MS Word keeps crashing all the time when i try to open recent documents (File > Open recent document). The problem occurs in every document. This problem didn’t exist before using CWYW. I’ve installed all updates. Do you have any idea what could cause the Word crash?
All of the other EndNote functions appear to be fine.

If this does not resolve the problem, please call us here at Technical Support, 1-800-336-4474, option 4. 1. Close out of Word. 2. Open your Hard Drive in Finder. Go to “Home > Library > Application Support > Microsoft > Office > User Templates”. To get to the Library folder in OS X 10.7 and later, Hold down the “Option” key on your Keyboard and go to the “Go” Menu and choose “Library”. 3. There is a “Normal” file in this folder, go ahead and drag it to the trash… 4. In Finder, go to “Home > Library > Preferences”, and drag the “com.microsoft.word.plist” file to the trash. 5. Reboot the Mac.
