Error - Citations get stuck as {Stern, 2002 #862}

Hello All,

I seem to be having a problem where when I insert a citation, it gets stuck as “{Stern, 2002 #862}” rather than “(Stern, 2002).”  I’m using a Dell running Windows Vista and Word 2007.  Any suggestions?  Your help is greatly appreciated.

The CWYW feature has been turned off.  This can happen if you unformat your citations (otherwise they would immediately reformat).  To turn it back on, Format Bibliography (or paper) using the word endnote tool, and at least in WordXP/ENX3 it is the third tab, CWYW preferences.  “enable”.
