Error when connecting to online database on Endnote 8

Hi,

I’ve recently upgraded to X8. When I try to connect to the online database search (in my previous endnote version I could see a full list of databases, now I don’t), the following happens:

  • first I get and error message. When I ignore it by clicking ‘ok’, the following happens

  • I get an empty box asking me to ‘choose a connection’ but no database options are listed.

Any suggestions are much appreciated.
