According to that page, the “Arabian Journal of Geosciences” is using the Springer Basic Author-Date Style. A link to download that format for EndNote can be found here:

Once you expand “Reference Styles,” you will see the link for “Springer Basic End-Note Style.”
After you download that zip file, unzip it to extract the files. You will need the “SpringerBasicAuthorDate.ens” Style. Double-click to open the Style and then click the File menu and Save As to Save the Style to EndNote.
