In the drop down, the “default” should be (Author, Year) format. It doesn’t show it though, just default. – it shows Author (year) as the second option? I see you can’t easily “snip” that option in Word - it disappears as soon as you click on the other program, unless you Ctrl+Prnt Screen.
By the way, if there is more than one citation, cited, – it greys out the options because Author (year) can only be applied to one in text citation, not to a group.
