Full names of authors

Hello Endnote community,

I have a question, I am currently setting up my own style and to have a problem with the Latin authors.
I need the names are displayed with the following format:

In citacion: (Ramos 2009)

In bibliography:  Ramos González, PP. 2009

How can I do without using the prefix?. 

I currently use EndNote X3.Thanks and sorry for my English.

I am not familiar with the rules for this name.  Isn’t Ramos González the full surname, so why would you want it to be shorter in the citation? 

I don’t think that Endnote can achieve this very easily.
