How do I indent the third and subsequent lines?

I am using the American Antiquity style and the formatting makes the citation look like this:

Solberg, Bergljot

1985    Social Status in the Merovingian and Viking Periods in Norway from Archaeological and Historical Sources.

             Norwegian Archaeological Review 18(1-2):61-76.

However, this is incorrectly formatted and it is supposed to look like this:

Solberg, Bergljot

1985    Social Status in the Merovingian and Viking Periods in Norway from Archaeological and Historical Sources.

                          Norwegian Archaeological Review 18(1-2):61-76.

I have it set to do a hanging indent on all paragraphs, but is there a way to add another hanging indent when the citation gets to be longer than 2 lines?

Thanks.

To be honest, the journal will fix the indentation in-house.  I don’t think there is anyway to get endnote to double indent the entry as you show. That would be two different paragraphs and thus two different paragraph  settings in Word,
