How do I make author's name be all CAPS in the bibliography?

How do I edit the Output style of a journal to make the authors’ names be all in caps?

Go to the bibliography section of the output style, click Author Names, then on the right section change the Capitalization setting to: All Uppercase.

It works fine for me as well, but I wanted them the other way around, which is the default Harvard style in Google Scholar.
