Hello, I’m working on a paper with a graduate student. He is sharing a library with me on EndNote Web, and we’re both using Word 2007 with the CWYT plug-in. We’re trying to use the same library for this particular paper. When I edit the paper in Word, the “Find” function in Word’s EndNote Web plugin won’t find anything in the library he’s sharing with me. If we’re both writing the paper together, it seems logical to want to cite from the shared library. I have verified that the shared library is visible in EndNote Web. I can copy references from it into my own libraries and cite them from there. However, it makes no sense to have two copies of the library. Why won’t the CWYT plugin find references in the library my student is sharing with me? Regards, Cris
There are some cool Youtube videos that the the Training Group has made. This onemight cover the steps, and some of the others there might be of use as well?

Thanks Leanne! I believe I found the problem. I didn’t realize one must check the “Use for Cite While you Write” option on the shared library, “Organize -> Others’ groups” screen for EndNote Web.
This information shows up around 4:19 into that video you mentioned. I believe this solves my problem.
