Hi, can anybody tell me how to create a list of annotated references? the annotation of each reference is recorded in the “research note” section of each record.

You can edit an Output style (Edit>Output Style> Open Style Manager) to include the “research notes” field at the end of the Bibliography>Template for that style. Then export the references to an rtf(rich text format file) using that Output style.
The details of exactly how to do this depend on which version of EndNote you are using.
