When I want to import citation of a book, I usually use Endnote’s online search and I chose “Congress Library”.
Is there an option to import the citation of a chapter from an edited book?
Right now I’m importing the book’s citation and then turn it into “book section” and insert the details manually…

Unless they are entered in a database (unusual), there is no other recourse than the one you have hit upon. If you plan to do several chapters from the same book, once you have moved the book title and editor stuff around, you might want to copy that record and paste it in, multiple times, and use those as a template for each of the chapters.
