I go through the process of identifying and selecting a PDF to import into my Endnote library but nothing happens? Is there some step that I’m missing her some filter that I need to turn on our remove?
If you are importing a single PDF when the import dialog.box appears check that the Import Options is set to “PDF”. (Click the pull down menu to select the option.) If you are importing multiple PDFs use the“PDF Auto Import” feature? Refer to the training video “PDF Auto Import Folder”.
