I’m trying to italicise the journal names within my reference list. In the edit output styles menu, the bibliography templates show that the journal is in italics, however this is not translating across to my documents. Is there anything that I’m missing here?

Ensure that after you edit the output style and save it (to a new name) that you need to select that output style in the word processed document on the endnote toolbar/ribbon, not in the Endnote program, itself.
I’ve tried that and it’s not working at all. It seems like it’s a problem with Pages rather than endnote itself.
Ah, yes. Pages (which Apple controls how it interacts with Endnote, not the Endnote developers) doesn’t have the same level of control that Word’s implementation has.
