Microsoft Word keeps crashing when trying to add Endnote citations to document

Did this, but when I resume working on the document, I try to insert a new citation, Word crashes. I need help please. I have enough anxiety in my PhD program already!

My document crashes when I click on “convert to unformatted citations”

Could you please specify what is the CCW menu ? Is it from Word or EndNote ?
