MS Word freezes sometimes when I try to insert citation(s) or close MS word to exit

Hello,

Not sure where to post this but can anyone help?

My MS Word freezes/hangs a while whenever I try to insert citation (s) sometimes or whenever I exit MS Word. Is it my MS Word End Note tab? Or the End Note program itself? Or something else?

make sure you are running the most recent update for X6.
