New library not sharing properly

We’ve had problems with a shared library emptying all references after someone who it was shared with accidentally deleted all of the references.

So we’ve created a new library and imported the refereneces from a pre-existing EndNote library file.

However, we’ve run into two problems:

  • the offline version of the new library has the correct “reference added” dates for all references but the online version now has today’s date

  • when sharing the library, people can only download ~500 of the ~5,000 references before it stops

If anyone can helpe with either problem that would be much appreciated.
